Amber and I went for a 2 mile walk after I got off work. It's been a while since I've been walking, and man did I feel it. It was beautiful weather and such a great day to be outside.

I bought these fraps at Kroger to curb my craving for sugar and coffee. It's only 100 calories as opposed to 200+. Great find if I do say so myself.
